StarryDays is a daily video journal app that helps you capture one second of life each day and grow a private universe of your memories over time. By accessing or using our Service (as defined below), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service (this "Agreement") and to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to everyone who uses our Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and we'll let you know when significant changes are made.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). The Terms outline the rules for using StarryDays, while the Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected. By agreeing, you confirm that you have read and understood these documents and agree to be bound by them.

1. Eligibility

To use StarryDays, you must be able to form a binding contract with us and comply with all applicable laws. Individuals under 13 years of age (or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction) are strictly prohibited from using the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be responsible for your activities and to be bound by this Agreement on your behalf.

2. Access and Use of the Service

• Service Description: StarryDays allows users to record a short daily video clip (presented to users as about one second), import and trim moments from their photo library, browse their history on a calendar and Today home, compose Rewind films, explore a personal Universe of year-based galaxies, collect celestial identities in the Celestial Codex, and manage an optional member profile. Clips are stored primarily on your device; optional cloud features may sync data via Apple iCloud / CloudKit where available and enabled.
• Permitted Use: You may access and use our Service exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you comply with this Agreement. StarryDays retains all rights not explicitly granted.
• No Account Required: StarryDays does not require account registration. Your day clips, preferences, and local profile data live on your device (and, where applicable, in your private iCloud container). We do not operate a separate user account system.
• Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

All software, graphics, logos, trademarks, planet skins, visual design, celestial naming and lexicon text, bundled media, shaders, and the overall design of the App are the exclusive property of StarryDays and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Extract, copy, redistribute, or share proprietary App assets (including planet textures, bundled media, design assets, or source materials) outside of the App, except as expressly permitted for ordinary personal use of features we provide (for example, exporting a Rewind film you created from your own clips).
• Use our brand, logos, or proprietary design assets for commercial purposes, public performance, or broadcast without our prior written permission.
• Claim ownership of any StarryDays software, design system, celestial identity text, or other bundled intellectual property.

Your Content (Day Clips and Profile)

When you capture, import, edit, or save video moments, photos, display names, avatars, or other personal content in StarryDays:
