What Kind of Data Do We Collect?
Data You Provide
LapOne does not require account creation or sign-in. We collect personal information only when you voluntarily:
- Set preferences within the App, such as your preferred car brand, selected theme, playlist order, and playback mode.
- Import your own audio files via the "Create Vibe" feature (files are stored in your personal iCloud container and are not uploaded to our servers).
- Communicate with us via email or feedback forms.
- Purchase LapOne Pro (order information is generated through Apple In-App Purchase, and payment data is processed entirely by Apple).
Automatically Collected Information
When you interact with our App, we automatically collect:
- Device Information: Type of device (e.g., iPhone model), iOS version, and network status.
- Usage Data: Actions you take within the App (e.g., theme selections, brand preferences, playback triggers, feature interactions) and duration of use.
- Crash and Error Data: Stack traces, error logs, and diagnostic information to help us identify and fix issues. This data is collected via Sentry and does not include personally identifiable information.
- Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized usage patterns collected via Firebase Analytics, such as onboarding completion rates and feature engagement.
What We Do NOT Collect
